Standard & Poor’s Raises Rockwood’s Corporate Credit Rating
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised Rockwood’s corporate credit rating to 'BB-' from 'B+'. The outlook is stable. In addition, S&P raised its ratings on each of the debt components.

Rockwood Holdings and the Electrification Coalition Support Introduction of Senate and House Bills to Provide Incentives for Electric Vehicles
Rockwood Holdings, Inc., a member of the Electrification Coalition, is a supporter of recently introduced bi-partisan legislation in the House and Senate which provides incentives for the creation of infrastructure to support the introduction of electric vehicles on a wide scale.

 Rockwood Chairman & CEO Seifi Ghasemi was interviewed live on June 22nd, between 2 and 2:30pm on CNBC “Street Signs”. Seifi discussed the benefits of electrifying the transportation system and recently introduced House and Senate legislation to provide incentives for electric vehicles. Rockwood Holdings supports the legislation through its membership in the Electrification Coalition, a not for profit group which promotes the strategic economic and environmental benefits of electric vehicles.
